Social is now woven into the threads of culture and our culture has forever been changed. Fast forward to 2020 and that number has increased to over 70%. Social media marketing was a wild west (some argue it still is), with just over 40% of US adults using it regularly. Mobile was just starting to disrupt desktop usage for entertainment and social networking. Foursquare had just launched and in less than 3 years became irrelevant. Remember what 2010 was like? Facebook had just surpassed Myspace in unique users with 350 million users.
